ORGANISATION PROFIL
General Assembly
The General Assembly is for full members, who have voting rights. It is convened by the President at the conclusion of each triennial congress, deliberates on all important questions, the management report and the balance sheet and elects the new Board of Directors. Associate members may participate in discussions, but without voting rights.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors comprises a President, the Executive Committee and other board members. The Board of Directors meet at least once a year and decide on all important issues between the meetings of the General Assembly. The Executive Committee comprises the President, the First Executive vice president and the other vice presidents from all over the world.

General Secretariat and Regional Secretariats
The General Secretariat is located at Barcelona and responsible for the co-ordination of the network's work and the application of the decisions of the different bodies. The five Regional Secretariats in Abidjan, Melbourne, Montreal, Paris and Rio de Janeiro co-ordinate the regional activities in their regions.
