Specific maps in addition to the Land Use Plan (FNP) contain supplementary planning information on important special technical topics that cannot be mapped within the display scheme of the FNP. By overlaying the FNP with information from sectoral plans or ordinances, functional relationships can be made clearer. The form of the specific maps serves for clarity and provides information for the subsequent planning levels. Detailed explanations and clear demarcations can be found in the individual sectoral plans or ordinances.
Tram Network
The specific map Tram Network shows the tram network according to the Local Transport Plan Berlin 2019-2023 of the Senate Department for the Environment, Transport and Climate Protection (SenUVK, status Senate resolution of February 26, 2019).
Local Rail Transport
According to the Local Transport Plan the specific map Local Rail Transport covers in addition to the tram network the network of the underground, suburban and regional railways as allocated in the FNP (status: 2020).
Flood Plains
The specific map Flood Plains shows the flood plains in accordance with the ordinances of January 23, 2018.
